It's simple: white supremacy has been redefined - like so many of our other words have - by the political Left to mean, anything that promotes "whiteness." So what is "whiteness?" Glad you asked.
The below images are from a pamphlet that was being passed out at the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History and Culture that defines, "whiteness." On it, you will see things like work ethic, meritocracy, punctuality, Christian morality, scientific method, and a host of other things we used to call virtuous as a society, but now condemn as "white supremacy."
Now, if you know anything about Larry Elder, he supports damn near everything on this list, most notably the importance of the family unit and black fathers being present in their children's lives. But as this is now decried as "whiteness," they proclaim that Larry Elder is a, "white supremacist."
Ergo, the "black face of white supremacy."
Personally, I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the idea that whites are the only culture that prize work ethic, punctuality, etc etc and the implication that we forced this outlook on non-white cultures like India, China, Japan, etc through colonialism. I'm further trying to wrap my head around whether any of the people spouting this bullshit have really thought about what a society without work ethic, punctuality, merit, etc would look like.
