The latest blood donor data from the CDC indicates 83% have antibodies from disease or vaccine. The vaxx rate is nowhwere near that high so the "caught" rate must be closer to 50 - 60% (Assuming 50% vaxx rate.)

No, you misrepresented with your choice of words. Way back in 2020 the CDC redefined it as "death with Covid", not "death because of". And, if you factor in the fact (admitted by CDC) that the common PCR test to test for Covid was invalid (Which is why it was withdrawn), then the so-called death toll is total hogwash.
Medical doctors in charge of the patient need to decide on what was cause of death, not some corrupt bureaucrat in DC or some hospital admin chasing the extra $$$ if they (mis)classify a death as Covid.
I take "Co-factors" to mean comorbidities. Basically, the person was at death's door and when they kicked it a "diagnosis" was written down that claimed Covid -- to get the extra $$$ permitted by DC politicos. Yes, the WuhanFlu places an extra strain on a body. And, it you are on the brink any old flu will do you in. Like every year previous. Everywhere in the world. Since we starting keeping such records.
@bobbo666 sounds like you don't understand what co-morbidities are, or what COVID does to the body. Sounds like you are taking your talking points from OAN and Alex Jones.
So I repeat, I guess cancer doesn't actually kill many people, since no one really dies of "cancer" - they die of organ failure as a co-morbidity.

Co-morbidities pre-exist the disease and lead to worse outcomes.
