It's MedicalApartheidDictatorDan's Marxist, now segregated, police state of Victoria.
He is locking OUT the unvaccinated from venues well into 2022 - he has openly stated they will be locked out & not have the (God given) freedom the fully vaccinated (sheep) will have.
However, he has also stated being double-vaxxed will NOT be enough - boosters will be mandatory.
He demands 100% of Victorians be fully vaccinated - he has control over what is injected in a body, not you!
This lunatic needs to be arrested & charged for violating Victorian's human rights, coercion & threatening "no jab, no job" & mandatory vaccinations.
