I'll copy and paste the same answer I gave the last time you posted a David Pakman video making this point, before providing further comment:
Critical Race Theory is the theory that systemic racism is the only thing (or at least the primary thing) that produces statistical inequities between races (provided the inequities fit the prevailing narrative - otherwise they are ignored). By extension, it is commonly implied that everything that is wrong or undesirable in society is due to racism.
Last time, he actually criticized someone who was participating in a planned interview and should have had an answer ready for a question like that. This guy was just some random that the interviewer decided to question on the spot. Both sides do this, by the way.
Most people are trying to live according to the notion that ignorance is bliss, and they don't want to get involved in the culture war. Unfortunately, bad ideas have a habit of resurfacing once people forget how things went the last time around.
Those who are ignorant of history are doomed to repeat it. Those who know history are doomed to suffer through its repetition by those who are ignorant.
