3. To be a badge of the Christian profession.
4. To indicate and to promote the communion of believers with Christ.
5. To represent the mutual communion of believers with each other.

I suppose you do. How else could you come to think you know Christianity so well? Yet - magnify only the ugly bits. It is not all sweetness and light. Some is fire and brimstone. I suppose you find it difficult to accept that most Christians portray it as all sweetness and light. "What about the fire and brimstone part?", you might ask.

@FrankZeleniuk I'm not decrying all Christians. I am pointing at that, yes, Christians have engaged in what they believe to be cannibalism and blood drinking, as well as human sacrifice, as part of their faith. So trying to label those practices as "Satanic" don't really fit the bill.

@JacksonNought Time is a factor that must be considered along with symbolism. Symbolism is important to Satanism. I'll be a little evaluative here and say symbolism is one of your important factors. Partaking of the blood and body of Christ was always symbolic and never factual.
Today, the idea of drinking human blood or eating human flesh would be abhorrent to all but the most extreme or, as has occurred, the most desperate individuals or psychotics. Human sacrifice was never a ritual of Christianity. Being an expert on the Bible, as you are, you know there was a test of faith that demanded a human sacrifice, it was a test and never occurred. I don't know of any references to cannibalism being a ritualistic or ceremonial part of Christianity today or ever. So trying to label those practices as "Christian" doesn't really fit the bill.

@FrankZeleniuk again, the Catholics literally believe in transubstantiation and that they are eating the body and blood of Christ. Their beliefs, not mine. Of course it isn't really cannibalism, but their words make it sound like it.

Isn't the death of Jesus to absolve the sins of mankind technically a human sacrifice? Wiping away the entire world minus Noah's family sounds like human sacrifice. Passages about praying to God to kill some rude children with bears, or raping and pillaging your enemies, or letting the town stone to death a disobedient son. The plagues of Egypt, including the death of the firstborn, sounds like human sacrifice to me. Crusades and murdering blasphemers in the name of God.

But, I digress. The point I am making is that there is nothing inherently "Satanic" about cannibalism or blood ritual or human sacrifice. It is no more accurate to call that practice "Christian" than it is "Satanic". Satanism is just a scapegoat as always. For example, here you have an Evangelical Christian trying to promote some practice, and you wonder if that is a Satanic ritual rather than just some wacky individual. An avowed Christian murders a man because, in their own words, they thought the man was practicing witchcraft, and the news says it has nothing to do with religion. A Satanist or non-traditional religious person commits a crime, and the news says it is some Satanic cult conspiracy.

Maybe, but he wasn't killed by Christians. He was proclaimed by Christians to have sacrificed Himself to absolve the individual of his sins. Had He wanted to He could have saved himself.

On the dichotomous Christian scale of good and evil we see God and Christ placed as good and on the bad side, Satan, Lucifer, idolatry. Humans are sinners so they are somewhat on the evil side. You cannot get on the good side which for me is problematic but we all have our moments of weakness.
Cannibalism, blood ritual and human sacrifice would be closer to the evil side and most if not all would agree. But you're saying it isn't associated with Satanism whatsoever. Your scale is reversed with Satan appearing on the good side and God and all other religions on the bad side or maybe the scale goes from physical to metaphysical where physical is good and metaphysical is bad. The metaverse being pure evil. LOL. Get off facebook now! Haha.

So, a quick question. Are you a Satanist because you oppose all things religious, except the recognition of Satanism as the only true religion, or because you really like dark things like skulls, and Krackens, rites and ceremonies.

@FrankZeleniuk well I do like dark things and krakens, but I'm a non-theistic Satanist - which means I do not believe in any gods or supernaturalism, and Satan is not seen as a literal entity, but rather just a concept representing the ultimate freedom fighter against arbitrary authority and oppression. I'm actually a big proponent of religious pluralism - I don't think any religion that believes in a deity is correct, but I believe anyone can believe whatever they want. I just have a problem when people try to inject their religious beliefs into law and force it upon others, or hide behind their religion as an excuse to skirt the law and discriminate. I don't think there's any "one true religion". My variation of non-theistic Satanism just matches my personal morals and viewpoints, which is why I am one.

You seem to be stuck on theistic Satanism, which is definitely practiced by some people, but it's much rarer than non-theistic Satanism. Morals are mostly relative - different religions will disagree on where certain things fall on the good vs evil spectrum, such as homosexuality or abortion. There are also many things condoned by the Bible, both for Jews and Christians, that many might consider evil today. Some theistic Satanists might be Christians who just choose to worship the other side, but they are few and far between. Most theistic Satanists actually see Satan as the good guy - he punishes evil people, he taught Adam and Eve critical thinking, he never committed genocide against humanity or demanded obedience, etc. There's also the "history is written by the victors" aspect, where theistic Satanists could believe in the Bible was written to unfairly paint Satan as an evildoer. Go back to earlier civilizations and their versions of deities, you will find the various lords of the underworld not quite as evil or blamed for all suffering (Hades, Anubis, Yama, Hel, etc). Who told all humans that they are sinners, just because of the actions of two individuals? Why is idolatry evil, just because a jealous god says so? Why did Jesus have to die for everyone's sins, when he (if you believe in the trinity) was the one who told people they were sinners to begin with? As I said before, the Bible says you should bring disobedient children into the streets to have the neighbors stone them to death - this was considered good and endorsed by God. So even with theistic Satanists, they don't endorse evil, they just disagree with what others consider evil.

The main branches of Satanism actually have rules against harming children or animals or doing anything that might be considered cannibalism or sacrifice. More Catholic priests have assaulted children than any Satanist. All I am saying is that labeling things you find weird or reprehensible as "Satanic" is incorrect and just a scapegoat, just as it would be to label all child abuse as "Catholic".
