Race is, and always has been, the wrong word. However, we use the word enough for it to have validity, the correct term would be species, and sub species, whites being the descendants of black people, obviously being the sub species. There are different diseases, brain sizes and even muscle types associated with different genes in different groups.
Regardless of what you call it, there are differences between groups with different ethnic backgrounds.

Look at the Israelites, the Gypsies, the Cossacks, the Mongols..... Speaking as if "black" culture is a bad thing is ignorance, confusing it for social disadvantage - an entirely different thing. "Black" culture has positives and negatives, the same as every other culture.

If it were just that way in the US, and blax were on par with Asians or whites in some other country, you'd have a point. But that is not the case. Blax are laggards everywhere in the world. So the issue clearly is not just culture; it's biology.
