There are only a hand full of people that actually remember the Depression of the 1930's!!!!
There is a small percentage of people that actually knew and discussed that Depression with those that lived through it!!!!!!
I am one, my father was born in 1905, he was a young man in the 1930's!!!!
From what he told me about the lead up to, and actual events of that time left a diffident impression on me!!!!!!
What i am seeing today, makes me pretty sure that as bad as the 1930's were, the 2030's are going to make the last depression look like a PICNIC!!!!!!

It problem won't be a problem for me, because by 2040, I'll be well into my 90's, if I am around!!!!

I think that my generation as well as the successive generations have been pampered with convenience and comfort to the point that it’s made everyone ungrateful, entitled and narcissistic. It won’t be pleasant but I think a little deprivation might actually do society some good in the long run. The lack of consumption might even hurt the big corporation CEO’s who have appointed themselves our unelected authoritarian rulers.
