They don't look like bar flies. Maybe they will be if things keep going the way they are though. I've seen real bar flies in the (former) Soviet block and here in Australia; they all have a general look of despair/depression and generally giving up on life and the future (kinda like the 1000 yard stare) , that isn't present in these people...yet

A fine distinction
I know the bar flies you speak of...the point I am making in ny post is that they are well above "college age" - they are trying to look "trendy" and still young and cool...and they likely spend at least a few nights per week in a bar - and the word "fuck" rolls and flows quite freely from the mouths of people like them (based on my visual impression and perceptions - of course!)
So to drive home the point the jokester is trying to project It would have been much better if the people there were personality types that might well surprise you to hear them exhorting "Fuck Joe Biden!"
@iThink idk, maybe I'm getting old but they all look like they're between 20-28. Isn't that college age where you do most of you're drinking and hanging out in bars?
As for swearing or saying 'fuck', it really depends on the industry. I've spent years working in kitchens, factories etc where 'fuck' was our comma, full stop, adjective or punctuation mark in every sentence .
Working in nursing was hard after that

@Tom81 you could be right - I think they look closer to 30. The F word is now used profusely in the lexicon of American parlance for people as young as 3 and up to around 40...of course lots of "old" folks use it too. But I think you get my point about the "shock/poignant/humorous of anyone of an "innocent" and gentler back ground like clergy, nuns, being so outraged about Biden et; al. that they impulsively say "FUCK Joe Biden!)
