Time to make friends in society, maybe go to a protest (that's safe for you) and see if you can connect. We need coffee clubs or something like that about issues where nobody is handing out fines, where we can connect, email or phone to say hi, hope you're OK. Then we put our concerns to a friend. No worries, they have concerns too. Maybe even your's.
I believe in 2022 that we meet out there, keep home private.
