Evil is only brought into existence for entertainment purposes - not for an audience but for the perpetrators of evil. Evil has certain traits. It is destructive, unpredictable and void of any other purpose. Think George Soros.
Is Putin evil? He has a purpose other than just his own entertainment. We know his intent. It is, perhaps destructive, but it is predictable and he has a realistic goal he wishes to achieve so he knows there is a certain amount of destruction to realize his goals.

Can we be so certain of what our leaders forwarding the global World government are doing? What is going on with the Democrat party in the US? Are they predictable? We can't see any productive outcome but we are seeing some very destructive policies. What does "fundamental transformation of America" mean?

What is Trudeau doing? Canadians don't really know. We are left to devise conspiracy theories on our own. From his statements he wants to be the "Big Potato" and dictate his terms. He isn't telling Canadians what the end goal is and neither is his Deputy Prime Minister, Chrystia Freeland. They openly lie to our faces and evade questioning. Why is our border leaky? Our national debt has more than doubled under his governance. He is downright unethical and duplicitous? What is going on? It is destructive, unpredicatable and he appears to be having fun. I notice his buddy, Gerry is playing a more low-key role than previously. Is the media hiding him or has he left the scene - I doubt he has left.

What's happening in Europe? The hordes of refugees and the seemingly open border policy - except for their own citizens who need covid vaccination proof and other travel credentials to travel anywhere. Could "no go" zones not be predicted? The EU is stuck between a rock and a hard place buying needed fossil fuels from Russia while sanctioning and demonizing Putin at the same time.

In most western countries the majority of citizens have become 2nd class citizens while certain minorities are given privileges above other individuals. Division of the population is exacerbated by redefining words such as racism and creating an oppressor/victim status on various fronts. The purported reason is diversity, inclusion and equity. In fact, we are experiencing a breakdown of society and a catering to special minority interests or groups, intent on the unpredictable destruction of the natural and equal rights of all individuals that most western nations have long ago guaranteed.

Yes, evil is destructive and unpredictable we have to be able to recognize it. It is creative which is why it is unpredictable but, as I said at the opening, it is mostly without purpose other than entertainment for the creators. Hollywood, as an example, is profitable to the creative crowd and instead of entertaining its audiences is mostly entertaining itself and laughing at the gullibility of its audience. The Academy Awards are no longer a celebration of great entertainment from the industry but a celebration of itself and their destructive influence on society. We are only amazed at the lengths to which they will go to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion. Altering history, playing favorites, all while hiding their own perversity, all while excusing themselves from their own conduct with a veneer of moral superiority. Very entertaining to watch them entertain themselves.They have no other purpose anymore this they are destructive and unpredictable.

Having said all that, we can't deny their are inequalities in western society that are probably innate in any society since groups tend toward a sense of community and not diversity, inclusion and equity. In order to prosper though we need individual rights to be preserved and that is as diverse, inclusive and equitable we can afford to be. Minorities will always exist minorities in a larger community. They cannot run roughshod over the majority being destructive and unpredictable or they will face a back lash. The majority can only grant them individual rights and the security of their person and property from others the same rights as any other individual.

The WEF and all the globalist supporters don't see themselves as evil. They just don't realize the amount of destruction necessary to build their new civilization and save the planet. They may destroy all of humanity in the process. That would be truly evil.
