Kind of like Bruce Willis - don't consider myself a fan of either man but I can't think of a movie that either one made that was not fun to watch.
I didn't think Mel was crazy when he spoke about Hollywood being a pedo culture.
I mean all you had to do was take a good look at kids like:
Macaulay Culkin
Mara Wilson.
Lindsay Lohan
Britney Spears
Amanda Bynes
Drew Barrymore
Demi Lovato
River Phoenix, and many others who either committed suicide at a very young age or turned out to be seriously suffering from mental illness, drug and alcohol addiction...etc.
Mel was right and I didn't doubt him back then.

I don't doubt the list or their accusations/statements. Seem to recall Kevin Spacey being vocal about it, too; or someone saying he was ritually abused repeatedly. I never pursued it because he was in Animal House and just didn't really want to know or need to know.
I am sure in the 'many others' there are many many 'extras' & expendable assets human resources that got exploited, maybe even fatally, that never ever made it to name recognition or stardom. Reminds me of an interview way back late 1970s or early 80s....Charlene Tilton maybe was her name....she told about the casting couch calls.
and don't forget Roman Polanski and his 13 year old ~~~~ and he was married to Sharon Tate, who was pregnant at the time she got murdered by/in Charles Manson Family ritualistic killings.
