This kind of “Hate speech” is protected under the constitution unless your skin is white. In that case, this would be considered “uttering a threat” and would leave the person who publicly “uttering a threat” (over the internet) liable to being charged with a crime punishable by up to 5 years in a federal prison. (18 U.S.C. § 875). In some states this would be considered “terroristic assault”. Especially in the wake of the BLM riots and the George Floyd riots, etc…, this could easily be ruled a credible terrorist threat.
I’m not ignorant enough to think racism doesn’t exist within the caucasian community, nor am I willfully blind/ignorant enough to think racism isn’t rampant within the black community. Also, there is room for Grace for all people, but there comes a time when Grace without Justice becomes counterproductive.
I suggest that we could all benefit by remembering the fact that words matter and can have unforeseen consequences. Eph 4:29-32.

You have to understand though, black, brown and indigenous peoples have been so put upon over the centuries that they deserve a mulligan for stuff like this. I mean, after all it's only right. No one knows their struggle like they do.

understood, hence my statement about Grace and Justice.
Being married to a person who is from a different race, I came to understand this issue many years ago.
We strove to raise our children with grace, mercy and Justice. They didn’t automatically get a pass just because I had failed them earlier or they thought I had failed them. There was Justice, tempered with grace after the model of our Heavenly Father. I always tried to give them more than they needed or deserved and try to treat others in the same way. However, I was careful not to give them a sense of entitlement and taught them that actions have consequences. If I threatened a specific consequence/punishment for a specific misbehavior, I followed through on that consequence, even when I wished I didn’t have to.
One time my youngest daughter decided to misbehave a couple weeks after being told the consequences of that misbehavior would be 1 week grounding from everything except school and church. The timing of her misbehavior meant our whole family missed out on a vacation we had been planning for about a year. She learned she could trust me even in my promise that misbehavior has consequences. I followed through on the Justice out of love for her; not out of anger or revenge. If we truly love those of different races, we won’t hold them to a lower standard when they are capable of the same standard. That being said, there are times when previous miscarriages of Justice call for mitigation of the full weight of Justice with a level of mercy and grace. This added ingredient of love for our fellow man, helps direct the timing and level of this mitigation. IMO
Hope those earrings don't tear her ears off!

I keep thinking how there was a time in parts of this Country when people that looked like her, regardless of color, would never make it home alive. Not saying I agree with it, but I understand.
