Just basing this off the area i live and what most people seem to believe in the area. was cleaning the women’s bathroom at work and a lady came in and was just like, “are you gunna be staying in here?”. now believe me im all for not disturbing women in the bathroom and personally feel weird about being in there when they are but that being said ive been told having an issue with someone who appears to be a male in the women’s bathroom is transphobic. how dare she question me being in there. i thought we were supposed to be inclusive and not judge. so what if i appear to be male gender is a soxial construct and if i want to be in the womens bathroom i can be. and like i said given most people in my areas way of thinking id almost guarantee she’d defend trans actuvism and consider herself an ally.

Every male and female janitor I ever saw in the act of cleaning a bathroom does so with the door propped open and usually they put up a sign letting people know the bathroom is being cleaned.
If you were working with the bathroom door closed you should have known your presence in the "ladies room" would not be well accepted.
As I perceive it the confrontation was your fault

oh im not saying i shoild t have propped ope. the door, im on her side, she had every right to feel some sort of way but i. todays society where we’re told you can't be upset by people who appear to be of the opposite gender being in the bathroom she’s in the wrong for being transphobic according to society. q
It's not "according to society" as you put it. It's the gaslighting refrain of a loud minority of ideologues who are dead set on causing division and destroying your country as you know it in order for their "great reset" or so that their taking over the reigns of power can take place.
