The officer moved aggressively on this woman immediately without confirming her guilt of anything – he assaulted her? The first words out of her mouth after he immediately grabbed this woman was that she was responding to him – now why would she be saying that if she was actually resisting? I find it strange that she was trying to show a piece of paper which very well could’ve been her receipt – we may never know due to this officer’s conduct?
Is this sexual assault by a sadist under color of law – did he derive pleasure from torturing her? If the average citizen were to behave like this officer he’d easily be convicted of rape?
One of the toxic policing tricks used today is to place a person in a physical position that makes it anatomically impossible for a person to comply – then charge them with resisting arrest? With the advent of body cameras, the new magic words for criminal policing are “STOP RESISTING?”
Human beings have a skeletal structure which used the right ways, against their victims, while saying the magic words “STOP RESISTING” is a Power & Control mental sickness they have?

I wonder if this officer ever asked her if it was as good for her as it was for him?

If you live in a big city where the LEOs don't know you or care about your welfare, get out! Police in my town will not sexually assault a little lady for sadistic pleasure because they know her and go to the same church.
