Especially when the world is moving away from money as a form of exchange and towards a token credit system. Maybe they're not smart enough.
The Central Banks are all connected and they will work in concert to keep them under their thumb.
This is an attack on the US, of course. Perhaps the CB's are actually engineering this tactic in order to bring the US into line with the international order. In other words, there are some political insiders in Washington wishing to destroy national sovereignty in the US and finally realize the long standing dream of a global one world government. After all, the WEF have penetrated ze cabinets of many countries and international corporations have joined in the communist/socialist/fascist fray to help out.
