To each their own speculations, but as I see it humanity is in intellectual declining with only technology to keep it afloat today. Or have you seen true advancements lately?
Even the complexity of language steadily increases as you go back in history. Without the written word where do you think mankind would be today? Or perhaps you know someone that’s never needed to learn something by reading? If so, do they live in a grass hut or a mud one?
Do you really think the writing of the Judaeo/Christian Scriptures, so long ago, of so little significance?
My personal belief is in the future possibility of time travel in specialized suits to prevent cross contamination. After all, specialized contamination suits are common place today in all sorts of situations.
PS. This older 1970 documentary has great photography even though its history isn’t up-to-date.
