Oh, and by the way: an investigative article written in 2012 by CNN Health stated,

Thirty-two states had eugenics programs, but California was in a league of its own… In California, the eugenics movement was led by figures such as David Starr Jordan, president of Stanford University, and Harry Chandler, publisher of the Los Angeles Times…. California’s movement was so effective that in the 1930s, members of the Nazi party asked California eugenicists for advice on how to run their own sterilization program. ”Germany used California’s program as its chief example that this was a working, successful policy,” Cogdell said. “They modeled their law on California’s law.”

Shamefully for California, its eugenics and forced sterilization program continued to operate until 1963. On a national and global scale, eugenics is still alive and well, most often associated with the population control policies put forth by Agenda 21.

At risk of repeating my posts, can we quickly paint the picture? Hand over $1.2M US to each person of a population that cannot read, write, add or divide? Now look at that picture and answer:

How long will that money last each person (avg) in months?
Will they repossess these people's newly purchased homes in a year or so when payments stop being made on taxes and mortgage?
Same as question 2 except use cars instead of home?
Which will be the biggest carpet-bagger...car dealerships or real estate bankers?

This already happened at several First Nation Reserves in Alberta. Oil companies signed leases and right of ways with a number of First Nations about 25 years ago, sharing the sale of the resources to each band for the period of the agreement. Every man, woman and child (in trust) was given a large lump sum of money each year for just staying alive. Truck and car dealerships could not keep up each October. Suffice to say, there is not a penny left among any of the various tribes that received large sums of cash. It corrupted the reserves, bringing gangs, drugs, human trafficking, theft, etc to all these reserves and their neighboring communities. Today, it looks like it did 40 years ago
