For the first time in history American Socialists are endeavoring to convict President Trump of “Helter Skelter” in contravention of our United States Constitution.

Was I hallucinating, or was there a partisan J6 committee which resulted in a second impeachment (indictment) by an equally partisan House of Representatives and a subsequent acquittal by The United States Senate – FOR THE SECOND TIME! And now a Colorado (equally partisan) Court presumptuously wants to exclude President Trump from the 2024 ballot by convicting him of “Helter Skelter.” Democrat Commies have had their Long March for socialism – all MAGA wants is “THE LONG WALK FOR JUSTICE!”

While Section 1 of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution states that: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” COLORADO CERTAINLY DOES APPEAR TO BE DOING SO? Or have these Communists dispensed with the: “….privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States” when it comes to the peoples true choice for President?

Communists want to deprive President Trump, A SETTING PRESIDENT AT THE TIME, of his rights under Amendment 14, Section 1, in order to find him guilty of Amendment 14, Section 3 without the due process requirement of first being found guilty by The United States Senate. These partisan attacks are precisely the reason(s) our founding fathers set out proper procedures to be followed – to thwart these Communists.

PS1. I particularly like the lines: “You may be a lover but you ain’t no dancer – all the way to Edinburgh.” Or should it be with regard to J6: “You may be a lover but you ain’t no dancer – all the way to the Capital Building?” It’s not insurrection for MAGA to want these commies in government “coming down fast.”

14th Amendment
Section 1
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
