I find it interesting that what is supposed to be the brain trust of the world by many people has been infiltrated by a cult. It looks like Google has intentionally hired social justice warriors. Social Justice Warriors who's roots were infiltrated by another cult The 19th century cult of Marxism. Marxism itself is little more than the worship of a cult leader who took most of his idea from the leaders of another cult that culminated in the French Revolution. The cult of the goddess of reason and superficial equality.

Marx and Rousseau are representative of what you could call spiteful mutants. Marx was never really able to integrate Darwinism into his thinking and Rousseau had plenty of evidence that his ideas about the noble savage were delusional. To get insight into their personalities you have to look at their personal lives which were brutally destructive to their families. Although they are not classical spiteful mutants they served that purpose. Despite elements of cooperative behavior suited for a civilization that requires a slow life history their ideologies reflected their own preferences for a fast life history in subtle ways. Primarily by raising primitive instincts for tribalism above culturally evolved systems necessary for an agricultural based society. Every known civilization is based on a pyramid that has as it's base agriculture. Every agricultural society has a hierarchy of competence. For a civilization to survive it must have a system that creates a harsh but stable environment. For most geographical areas outside of places like Egypt, the Tigris Euphrates valley, or say the Mayan jungle a harsh environment where nature provides the harshness harsh means strict hierarchies. Sometimes for various geographical reasons such as pioneer civilizations in the Americas where resources exceed demand less strict hierarchies are functional. But when those systems are tied into European economic structures such as in the Old South in the U.S. a new class system of oppression was necessary where the serfs couldn't just run off to the fertile land to the west and racial slavery was the "perfect" solution for the imitation European aristocracy.

In a properly working society class structure is not a curse but a blessing. At least 20 percent of the population does not have the mental acuity or emotional stability to care for themselves. Civilization requires long term planning and the regulation of immediate gratification. What Google represents however is not a hierarchy of competence but the coming apart of society on the basis of class. If you look at a place like San Francisco you see an educated elite surrounded by a sea of ruined lives. No attempt has been made by the elite to integrate society but rather they hide in their high rises and gated communities. Away for the coast poverty has not declined with the inflow of vast wealth but has increased. The water infrastructure needed for agricultural production is in disarray and the transportation and educational system is in decay. This is a pattern that we see in many civilizational declines throughout history. The elites come to believe that bread and circus is an alternative to social integration because they have experienced nothing but luxus their entire lives.

The opposite of a fast life history is one that concentrates on traditional values such as monogamy, saving for a rainy day and investment in the future with things such as infrastructure not tech toys.
