Wouldn't be nice if the President had 'LINE ITEM" veto powers, or a law that only allowed single items bills!!!!

what does it mean
It means gross incompetence.
They destroyed their economies and killed thousands in the process.
They are killing thousands more because of reduced "elective" medical procedures. Of course that will not show up for years and they think we will forget. Anyone who trusts the "government" at this point is an idiot. By extension anyone that still thinks socialism works is not paying attention. If it was about the science that idiot Fauci would have pushed to shut things down in February. I stocked piled food, medical supplies, and water in January. Some of us that are not idiotic political hacks could see what China was up to in the beginning. We have Democrats praising China again, the only place in the world where fascism is a major problem while looking for white supremacists under ever bed and behind every tree. You can't get more dystopian than that.
