JUST A NOTE: Al Bowlly is/was spoken of as the fist “rock star” – even before rock had made an appearance.
Makes one wonder just how much farther along civilization would be had decent peoples hadn’t constantly had to be at war with socialism? Why are socialists so sure that they know how other people have to be controlled?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I'm afraid that I got a bit mift at you for this post as after listening to the first 10 or so tracks here I switched over to YouTube so I could save it for later listening and ended up playing this and similar tracks until 5:30 AM. Good thing I'm retired, I didn't get up until 1:00 PM. ps: It was worth it, so you're greatfully forgiven.

Thank you, that was the idea. I just happen to like prewar music, especially Al Bowlly. It's like the 50's in that we still hear those old composition here and there in movies and the like. But thanks again for your commit, 1914wizard OUT!
