What is the intellectual justification for replacing the proper word "men" with the fabricated culturally incoherent and scientifically redundant term "cis-gendered men." Most English speaking people understandably don't know what the latter term means which greatly diminishes the communicative ability of the user. What is the etymological basis of the lexicon of this term?
Do we need new confusing terms to replace existing words? What is the motivation of the disruption of language in such a way? Is it a dog whistle? Is the user of such a term intending only to speak to the limited audience that recognizes culturally fabricated slang?

A few things come to mind:

The need to publish something new in an industry established to create doctrine and citation/reference it into "knowledge" requires each grad student in grievance studies to invent or expand on bullshit. Tens of thousands of new papers are published each year in the attempt to make the grievance narrative "normative."

The more linguistic bullshit that can be invented and implemented to describe socially accepted norms, the more easily "normal" can be expressed in babble-garble language that allows "Allies" to signal to the multi-cult tribe that they are a part of the multi-cult in spirit if not through any thus far approved victim status.

Being fluent in the language of the multi-cult allows one to participate in it's signaling rituals, and helps isolate the worshipers from outside ridicule by causing non-believers to self-identify by using phrasing not ordained through use in the sacred texts.

The priesthood of the multi-cult, and their acolytes, use the high holy dialect to shroud the multi-cult in a sort of mysticism that calls to the gaping hole in the souls of the multi-cult laity. Sermons delivered in the language of the sacred texts during prayer services stimulate in the laity the passion to participate in the call and response chants practiced at such worship rituals as Women's March, Pride Fest, or OrangeManBad gatherings.
