The Bible talks about the a few characters that are understood to be black. But none that I know of were actual Hebrews - descendants of Abraham, Isaac, AND Jacob - of the 12 tribes of Israel. There may have been some intermarriage where if they converted to Judaism, their offspring were not rejected from Israel. That's how Rahab (definitely not saying she was black) got into the lineage of Christ, right?. But the forbidden intermarriage with the different Canaanites and the case in Ezra where the priests put away their pagan wives and children? I don't believe those were even considered to be black peoples.

Though they fully believe it, these "Black Hebrew Israelites" are NOT legitimate Israelites - like it says in the Aeromagazine article Rosary-Trace posted above.

By the way, do you remember the confrontation at the national mall between the MAGA hat wearing boy and the Native American? That actually began with an expleitive laced confrontation started by some "Black Hebrew Israelites". CBS finally adjusted their story after learning more, as seen in this video:

Okay. I can see that about Acts 2. But they didn't seem to feel their homeland and birthright was stolen from them like these "Black Hebrew Israelites". They didn't spew vile hatred on other Jews living in Jerusalem.

Not convinced about the star of David being the symbol of Rephan and star worship in Acts 7 though. Of course God continually throughout the Bible had to call His people to turn from other gods and worship Him alone.

A more pertinent truth is that we all have common ancestry going back to Noah. We all today have the opportunity to be accepted as God's chosen children. And for those who are in Him, there is neither Jew nor Greek. All can have the same inheritance. Hate is not the answer and will not guarantee an inheritance in the promised land - here on earth or in eternity.

@Clarken I have friends that are orthodox jews they can trace their heritage by their name to the priestly line from the descendants of the Kohathite Kohen being their family name, They will not go to Israel or support it until the messiah returns there. They also do not allow the star in their house. They do not hate the people even though they have been physically attacked by zionist and pray that those that are being deceived will be saved from the coming deception. The division is from those that hate true jews . We were given a warning about those that would call themselves Jews and were not, the true peoples of God will follow his commandments I do not see this with the zionist that are now in the land.

I should have mentioned this before going to bed last night. Just because the Jews in Acts 2 were from locations in Africa does not make them "Black Hebrew Israelites." In numerous OT books we see that Israel & Judah (Jerusalem in particular) were defeated repeatedly by foreign Kings/armies and deported far and wide. It's not surprising that their descendants would show up in the NT times, returning to Jerusalem/Israel from those foreign lands. Still not proof (though intended by modern day BHIs to be) of the legitimacy and claims of modern day BHIs.

As to the references to Rev 2 & 3, those are end times Christian churches, not Jewish tribes or even necessarily Hebrews/Israelites. But yes, we know there are and will be imposters who attack God's people. Jews (as a whole) obviously don't believe in Jesus, except for Messianic Jews (though I have Jewish friends that say most all Jews are "Messianic", even those who don't believe in Jesus - which is obviously a true statement). But in the end times (which probably isn't quite yet) there will be great persecution of those who believe (that Jesus is the Messiah sent by God) carried out by unbelievers - Jewish and/or otherwise, I suppose. I just don't buy those references in The Revelation as referring to "true Israelites" or even those Jews who currently live in Israel (who are admittedly mostly secular or otherwise non-Christian orthodox Jews).

I will admit I'm not a Bible expert (though I read thru it constantly - 3 times this year, 2 last, 2 the year before, once for at least the previous 15 years, as well as numerous times before, since I was a teenager). I've had college level Hermeneutics, Apologetics, Survey of OT & NT, Inductive Bible Studay, and other courses taught by conservative evangelical Biblical institutions. I have enough background to mostly discern truth from error. Still I can easily admit I'm often not 100% correct. But then I don't know anyone who is other than The Word Himself. So I'll try to be faithful to the best of my ability until the end when all truth is clearly revealed in His presence.

Can't you admit there might be some possibility that I and hundreds of millions of Bible believing Christians might just possibly not be as crazy and indoctrinated as you think? You've never been wrong about anything, though, right? And you've actually read the Bible so that you know all the crazy things it says, right?

If I'm wrong,and you're right, what will I face in the end? If you're wrong, and I'm right, what will you face? I'm prepared to face that possibility. I guess you are, too. So live long and be happy while you can - if you can. All the hyper-anger leaves serious doubt.

I agree. That's why I put "racist" in quotes - because it's labelled as such by society today.

I'm with Alveda King who quotes her Uncle MLK Jr. saying that there is only one race - the human race. Those who divide humanity by "race" are by definition racist. There are ethnicities & nationalities, but not "races".
