@mccarthy Well, there's a bit of bull-ony. You need a good sharp pocket knife or a scalpel to harvest the gonads. We drop them into a pail of cold water at branding time. These are taken from 2-300 lb calves and younger. We call them prairie oysters, breaded with salt and pepper are a spring-time delight.
