Chuck Schumer has just threatened Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
“You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
He’s incensed about the fact that the court is looking at an abortion case. Keep in mind, this is the Gollum who threatened Trump that he needed to be careful not to mess with the intelligence community— they have six ways to Sunday to get back at you, is how he put it.
So right off, Schumer fits the same template as his entire moth-eaten party: this Constitutional Republic stuff is just dandy as long as they can bend it to push their agenda. Otherwise, not so much.
But the real reason for his rant is he was right about the intelligence community; they were his firewall. And Trump has burned right through all of them and given us Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and 211 other judges that all keep Chuckie Cheesy up nights.
Meanwhile, maybe it’s time to examine some of these leftist shibboleths in the light of sound constitutional scholarship.

Ha " Chucky Cheesy" ....From what I've seen of Gorsuch . He will ( without breaking a sweat) demolish Schumer. Plus expose the hidden rats in the intelligence agencies hell bent on ousting the rightful president.
The incredible bias that was rampant & unchecked in the jury of Roger Stone . Is something I'd personally like to see get dealt with . Compared to crimes committed by the left . He should never see the inside of a prison.

Wow! Schumer really said those things? Recently? What was the venue. I can't help believing that such language can only accelerate the urgent need to fill existing vacant judgeships with Consitutionalist people.
If Trump admin ever gets an effective rein on the Justice Department I wonder of Shumcers threats might make him a target for "investigation" for things like corruption and other ethics violations. Schumer should be Censured for that kind of talk - seriously.

@Edgework I realize Schumer is speaking at a protest rally outside the Supreme Court and he is trying to inflame anti-Republican/Trump sentiment in hopes of rallying votes in Novemember but his rhetoric is over the top. It is outrageous and he should absolutely be queried on what exactly he meant when he said those things about Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. Those remarks can be construed as serious threats against the lives of those two justices. It is reasonable to say that Schumers words were an exhortation to physical violence against the two Justices. I repeat - Schumer should be censured - at the very least.

@Seriousreason Like you I don't particularly believe in something called "hate speech". We already have law that addressees the matter of exhortation of violence and panic. "Hate speech" like "womens rights" is superfluous - unnecessary.
The thing that sets Schumers words apart from Maxine is that he made direct threats against Supreme Court Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. Schumers words were quite specific as to targeting two sitting Justices. I believe that is a crime - "hate speech" notwithstanding.
