I wish the Administration would make more of a ruckus about this.
Instead we get stuff like Chernobyl on Netflix to get the young'uns scared. It's tough.
@Supra_Librix Oak ridge was the first functioning nuclear reactor but we needed plutonium for nukes so they shut it down and pressed on with Hannaford creating one of the largest nuclear waste sites in the world.
