Documents at Mar-a-Lago Marked ‘Classified’ Were Already Declassified.
“Trump declassified whole sets of materials in anticipation of leaving government that he thought the American public should have the right to read themselves,” Patel told Breitbart News in a phone interview.
"The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn’t mean the information wasn’t declassified,” Patel said. “I was there with President Trump when he said ‘We are declassifying this information.'”

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.besides the 4th Amendment protection, Trump can NOW go for Selective Prosecution motions THEN he will be able to address litigation for damages: punitive, libel, exemplary. Maybe even make a good case for criminal omission damages by the perpetrators. They will not be able to claim immunity protection of jurisdictional boundaries in the performance of duties if that happens.
