I too noticed a complete lack of actual actionable demands. They have no demands as there is no structural racism. A lot of this comes from middle class students, truth be told they are some of the most privilege people on earth. They are protesting but have no idea what they actually want. Its also very orderly for a protest if that is what it is.
It's not just BLM its also the SJWs and others. There is more than one group involved.
Also we have been locked up for months, that has a lot to do with the orderly protest/events.
I did see a list of demands put together. Here is the first few demands.
Don't need to pay for bail anymore
Close the jail
Close the police department

Are you a liberal dummy? You spoke liberal. I hate liberals.
They are the dogs of post-modern, neo-marxists. The only demand is the one they dare not voice (yet), the complete demolition of western society. This will allow them to rebuild in their own image.
The object is to encourage self analysis in said community
