Like cameras, if cop pulls up on a scene of an arrest in progress and turns on spotlights he will catch holy hell. They do not want the cameras to see what is going on.

Yes this stuff did happened over 100 years ago. Lynch mob, a lot of this was driven this way. Mobs are not about fair and just treatment, its more like the scapegoat must pay.
