Has Feminism actually done that good a job of preaching misandry? Regardless of any or all the motivations behind female single parenting there should be no reward from the United States government for deliberately becoming one – a single parent. The way things are now, either the estranged (disposed of) father pays her child support or all the male taxpayers pay her child support. Do you not see inequality (misandry) in full bloom there?
When did it become a Right that women alone have to have children & a Man’s Right to keep his mouth shu & pay for these collective children collectively. And you can’t see something amiss with that idea? I suppose that you realize that we’re only discussing the smallest tip of this iceberg? There’s a hell-of-a-lot more going unsaid here. The inequalities being perpetrated upon Men as a gender is astronomical. Sorry, I can’t get over the obvious idea that women are entitled to have children & the idea that Men have an obligation to support & provide for her and these “Plan B” children. What is this new postmodern America – a breeding stable?

Agreed. Women used to hold out, save themselves for a worthy marriage partner. The pill and the free love era coupled with no fault divorce destroyed that ethos totally. Men benefitted greatly by having cheap sex much more readily available, and they loved it, pushed it, and thought only of the benefit to them at the moment. College campuses were all about free love, and Hollywood began to depict even the heroes in shows on TV and movies as easy, jumping in bed after a few kisses....
Those oh so smart intellectuals pushed this onto the boomer generation, it exploded thereafter, and here we are today. The entire thing has been cheapened. And nowadays many MEN are complaining about what thrilled them just a short time ago.
Well, both genders need to re-evaluate their own individual moral code. Don’t lie to get easy sex. Don’t do that at all unless there is deep love and a lifetime commitment in your mind and heart. A bit of momentary pleasure can wreak havoc on the lives of many, so understand choices have consequences. No matter how unintended, you can’t escape responsibility. Gods plan works best for all. These past decades have demonstrated the wisdom therein. Your body is the temple of your immortal soul.
