I saw very few complaints when the fed declared martial law to track the boston marathon bombers under obamas watch.

What is your solution WilyRickWiles? Should we just let these criminals burn down buildings, demolish private and public property, and loot private businesses while the local cops stand by and do nothing thanks to the directive of their complicit bosses in government? Maybe the local citizenry should get involved instead of the feds and use whatever force is necessary to stop these animals. What is your solution coming from your liberal perspective. I have a feeling you are not so “wily” after all .

If they addressed the demands of protesters, the uprising would stop immediately. Feds out, defund the police and invest in communities, community control of police, no cops in schools, no police black sites, and justice for victims of police brutality.

@WilyRickWiles If you are engaged in criminal activity and are throwing rocks and bricks and whatever else at a law enforcement officer you have pretty much forfeited your civil rights as far as I see it. If you break into my home in the middle of the night I am going to shoot you. Do you think that violates your civil rights? I am against police brutality and am very concerned about people’s’ rights. It’s just that your argument holds no water. What about property rights? Do we have a right to defend our property? And, you never answer my questions so the debate is worthless

That's surprising--not the fact that you value property over people's lives and frame every sort of property damage like it was done to residences (which probably accounts for not even 1% of property damage during the uprising).
