Since when does a grand jury hear charges like these? They might hear evidence for evidence tampering etc but b&e, etc??? This seems very sketchy to me. I have little doubt about the release of the video having influence on her arrest, after all, the powers to be have never made up trumped up charges to facilitate their needs.
