If he meant to state the total number of people alleged to have died from COVID-19 in USA since the pandemic began, he just needs to divide it by about 1000!
This sort of thing keeps happening... Joe Biden is not fit to be POTUS. Do blue states use Biden numbers when making policy decisions?

I'm not an expert on these "violent words" I keep hearing. But, to be safe we may want to put a lockdown on his speeches until we can find a vaccine.
