2009220200Tu CREEPING SOCIALISM vs. THE BILL OF RIGHTS: Everything said in this post pertains to The United States of America – let that be perfectly clear at the outset. Additionally anything said in this post is said from a private citizen lay persons perspective & not intended to be legally perfect wording – it’s worded as for & from a “We the people..” perspective.

It needs to be first asserted that The United States of America was founded by “We the people…” & not Johnny come lately lawyers regardless of where they may have received their degrees in jurisprudence. Truth be said, I’m not sure if any of the founding fathers were versed in law of any sort other than that contained in the in the Christian Scriptures.

HISTORY: {A} At one point in American history, indeed world history for that matter, for they are one & the same regarding the aspects I wish to discuss. In days of yore government(s) didn’t presumptuously invade upon ‘marital affairs.’ I suppose that would require wording as ‘domestic affairs’ given contemporary attitudes of society? {B} All the Founding fathers of the United States of America envisioned was limitation(s) be placed on government (a hobbling if you will) for the explicit purpose of allowing INDIVIDUAL (personal) LIBERTY to flourish for each and every citizen of a new nation. {C} During that time it behooved families to be fruitful having very large families which in turn provided for their eventual old age. This was not by any means uncommon throughout history & throughout the world. {D} As a disclaimer, as if there need be one, life is & was naturally oppressive & extremely harsh for everyone be they male, female or children for that is the ways of nature – not some patriarchal tyranny or any other tyrannical contrived villainy as Marxism would have believe & feeling sorry for yourself. You can never advance as an LIBERATED free human being until you shake off the shackles of Marxism. Marxism is quite literally a shackling of the mind & when the mind is shackled so to is the body. But I digress. {E} Enter stage left two players, hand in hand as if lovers for so they may be, Marxism with his bride the altruist Socialism. I must iterate that Socialism is indeed altruistic with other peoples wealth – today we call it wealth redistribution for which her lover Marxism justifies to sooth the conscience of the audience. {F} At this point the lighting & sound effects technicians produce a storm (The Great Depression) from which or by which isn’t important to this discourse. What is important is the DESTABILIZATION of society it caused just like our contemporary COVIT-19 virus is doing now. When someone is destabilized they invariably make wrong decisions. Just ask your local martial artist if they don’t practice destabilization in their matches? {G} Now there’s nothing I say intended to say that Social Security as presented as a nation wide Retirement Plan negating the need for large families; or the nationwide collective elimination of Poor Houses for the truly destitute.

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL IT DID!!!!!!

It pulled back the curtain for Marxism & Socialism to invade the stage. Adolf Hitler & National Socialism established their parallel court system to address those they deemed undesirable they called “The Peoples Court”– we now have a parallel court system to address our undesirables which we call ironically Family Courts. Attaching the word Family or Administrative to it doesn’t change what it actually is any more than attaching the word Democratic to Socialism changes what that actually is.

But who are our undesirables you may & should ask? Why MEN of course.

This is an extremely contorted complicated bureaucratic scam perpetrated on all American at the expense of their justified retirement program. That’s why I don’t agree with statements you hear constantly that all entitlements should be eliminated. Two wrongs don’t make a right – ever!

This post has nothing what so ever to do with ‘child support’ or evasion thereof. Title IV D is a white collar Marxist/Socialism scam. And like all other such white collar grifting schemes it has a minuscule portion that is laudable & destracts the right hand from knowing what the left hand is actually doing.

Marriage is in point of fact at its best Indentured Servitude, at its worst is government enforced slavery for men.
