What exactly is an equitable vaccine???

Joe Biden inadvertently illustrated the empty b/s of progressive language games today, when he called for a an equitable vaccine. How can a vaccine be “just and right; fair, reasonable.”

This is the great folly of the left. Any vaccine will work for most and do harm to a few. It will be highly effective for certain people, and provide little protection for others.

Its value as a defence will also depend on the state of health of the individual: whether they have pre-existing conditions, chronic ailments, good nutrition, a regular exercise program, good sleep habits, stress and anxiety, and the general state of their emotional health.

Progressives simply don't get the basic truth that outcomes, without exception, vary, depending on a seemingly infinite intersection of variables, including personal responsibility.

Equality of outcome is impossible. An equitable vaccine is something which could only exist in the mind of a brainwashed woke-progressive.

The media was quick to call out Donald Trump on alternative facts. I guarantee they will never do the same for Joe Biden’s fantasies.

Another interpretation I have... I think it's possible that Biden was indicating that the vaccine should be available to all Americans, regardless of their financial situation. A free vaccine would be equitable.

But let's wait and see. Based on the rumors of his tax plans, maybe the vaccine will be free to some and the more money you make, the more you have to pay to get your dose!

Equitable meaning not tethered to any specific political party?

The vaccine was funded and developed during the Trump presidency and it looks like it will be distributed under the Biden presidency. I think this language is referring to the concept that taking the vaccine should not be considered a political statement.

There is no need for a vaccine.

The WHO has trumpeted a death toll from covid 19 in the range of 3.4% while the reality is 0.2% total, and among those under 60 a fatality rate of 0.1%, one in one thousand...and dropping to near zero for the under 40s.

If you look at the propaganda from the WHO and people like Fauci, Tam, and other health talking heads, it has changed over the last 7 months from simply wash your hands, don’t touch your face, and maintain social distances, including no need for a mask, no need for closing schools or businesses, to a full scale assault on our society once it was seen to be working and the compliance of a panicked people...and worse is to come

"equitable" means EVERYONE not part of the "elite" class is going to get the vaccine whether they agree to it or not.
