@A1fredo - being that you recognize the problem, I would prefer to think of us as on the same intellectual side of this issue. The biggest problem for America is we are rich and ignorant. I've seen actual poverty in central America. I watched the free people of Hong Kong disintegrate within a year. Our future is not promised but it's hard to get people to pay attention when their immediate needs and many of their wants are fulfilled daily.
