Although I agree with her interpretation of the 12th amendment and how the 12th amendment applies to this election, I disagree with her assessment that the VP has unilateral power to change the results. His unilateral power is only to require that the fraudulent portion of the election results be set aside. He will only do this if at least 1 US representative and 1 US Senator begin the debate by objecting to the counting of the illegitimate electoral votes based upon the fraud in the popular vote (general election). Then, after he counts the remainder of votes, if there is no candidate with over 270 votes, it will still depend upon the 1 US representative from each state when they cast their votes. We have seen decades of our elected ‘republicans’ US Representatives betraying their constitutional responsibility and choosing to do whatever they feel will keep them in their seat of power. Therefore, he has the power to validate a fraudulent election, but not the power to legally and single-handedly change the winner of the race.

Then to think... we have had 1 republican congressman from Louisiana and 1 republican Senator from Virginia supposedly die of COVID in the last week. I’m starting to think the democrats are immune to this disease.
I am really hoping and praying that Vice President Pence -- a fellow Hoosier from my home state of Indiana -- will do the right thing, the heroic and constitutional thing, and reject the electors from the fraudulent elections in the swings states that the Democrats tried to steal.

Democrats and RINOs have been telling us for a long time now that their illegal, iron-fisted rule is necessary because of certain alleged crises. We need to be careful to do what is necessary without needlessly giving them ammunition for a shameless power grab!
@DaveO276 from what I've read, Lincoln went outside the bounds of the law, yet he did the right thing.
