Individualists don't look to their "leader" to command & approve their actions. They don't have a leader at all.
Theirs is a philosophy of personal autonomy and the personal responsibility that goes with it.
Not that of peer-approved groupthink, hiding among the herd, and the associated shirking of any personal responsibility.

I don't advocate anything other than truly peaceful protests. What happened on the 6th was very sad and unproductive.
But I find it very interesting that the same Democrats who cheered on - and in some cases, enabled - months of protests across the nation that were far more violent and destructive than what we saw on the 6th, are condemning a single protest as seditious terrorism and desire to punish everyone that they can link to it, up to and including impeaching the President (again) and expelling any Congressmen who support the President.
So much for, "who said protests had to be peaceful?" So much for, "protests are the language of the unheard."
I'm reminded of the saying, "if it weren't for double-standards, there'd be no standards at all."
