Differences:
- Trump hits the media back directly.
- Trump did not give up.
- Trump's replacement is a super corrupt machine politician who is doubling down on the psudo-religious divisive identity politics. Nixon's replacement was Ford then Carter. They were the polar opposite of Biden and Harris who are career uber-corrupt machine politicians who rely on divisive religion for power.

Ended Vietnam war in 1973. His Secretary of State Kissinger won the Nobel Peace Prize.
Desegregated schools 86% segregated before, 9% after
SALT treaty
Transferred power from federal to states.
Opened up China
Started the Environmental Protection Agency
Federal revenue sharing
Nixon won the presidential election in 1960 but democrats stole it.
Nixon won in 1972 by landslide, carrying all but 1 state. That's hard to do. He must have been doing something good.
When Nixon took America off the gold standard the New York Times wrote: "The New York Times

Good post. That's the second thing I've seen lately praising Nixon. If people would just do the research and look at his accomplishments instead of the standard Lefty blurb about Watergate. I'll take a little spying on the opposition any day over Slick Willie taking his eyes of the ball because of all the sexual harassment charges.

Exactly...Aside from the Watergate break in, the majority of what the Plumbers pulled off was prank related hijinks...rat-fucking...causing disarray with the Dem opposition candidates, sort of a PG rated antifa. Someday we'll see the conclusion of the Durham Report...can Obama be impeached four+ years after leaving office ? Maybe the Dems should have thought twice about sending articles of impeachment to the Senate after Trump left office. I sincerely hope this bites them dead in the ass.
I was pretty small at the time, I remember how the media bashed Nixon non stop and how tired of it people were.
