You can see it with his stereotypical dismissal of a news source because he disagrees with their left-leaning bias, but you can be sure he'd use an equally biased right-leaning source to back up his claims. You can also tell because he is injecting himself into American politics while never having lived in America, and he only has 10 posts to his name. Regardless, the bias of CNN has nothing to do with the FACTS (which you claim to follow) that Powell is indeed using this as a defense.
