It's a semantics issue. Technically you are right but RNA viruses exist.

An RNA virus is a virus that has RNA (ribonucleic acid) as its genetic material. This nucleic acid is usually single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) but may be double-stranded RNA (dsRNA).

In biology, a gene is a basic unit of heredity and a sequence of nucleotides in DNA or RNA that encodes the synthesis of a gene product, either RNA or protein.

It's a bit confusing here because from the point of view of the host we do not consider the mRNA vaccine "gene" therapy but from the point of view of the virus it is. There is the further complication that RNA can be used for gene editing.

This stuff is not that complicated if you ignore the fake news. The only thing we know is that the scientists assure us that gene editing is not taking place. That may or may not be true. I believe that it is not intentionally taking place because there are too many scientists that would profit from exposing such a conspiracy.

RNA stands for ribonucleic acid. DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid. DNA serves as the library for instructions to produce different proteins. When a cell wants to produce a protein, it uses the DNA to produce a copy of mRNA. That mRNA then serves as a blueprint for the protein that is built by the ribosomes in your cells. The DNA is in the nucleus of the cell. The ribosomes are not. Thus, the mRNA from a Covid-19 vaccine will not go into the nucleus but instead will simply go to the ribosomes, which in turn will manufacture the spike protein. Therefore, mRNA vaccines are not gene therapy.

Whether you consider a virus an organism or not, which I don't, an RNA virus does not need DNA to reproduce.

Don't ever point me to a propaganda outlet such as PBS. Stop watching that drivel and read the papers yourself.

I wrote a very long response, but i must have touched something to send me away from this and now it’s gone. It was too wordy anyhow. I went into some of your assertions about messenger RNA vaccines and why they were a good idea. If you really care about that sort of thing and how they differ from normal vaccines and the danger they introduce, I’ll let you do your own research.

You might want to look into the link between the uncontrolled cytokine storm they can trigger and the vitamin D deficiency from which most people now suffer. Also, it may require a little deeper analysis to explain why not “all vaccines are gene therapy”.

Yep. Life is dangerous, but I chose not to stand in the middle of a freeway in order to make others happy.

Instead of trying to force others to take an experimental vaccine that doesn’t even claim to make you immune to the virus or even to keep you from being contagious, why not educate people on a much less risky and far more effective option? Instead of lying and saying there’s nothing that can be done just so you can make billions from making a completely unnecessary drug, stop censoring thing the truth. Let people make their own decisions on what’s best for them.

1. You can’t go into a cytokine storm (that will kill) due to the virus if you are not vitamin D deficient.
2. Ivermectin has been shown to be 99-100% effective with no negative side effects in multiple studies.
3. HCQ + zinc + z-pack has shown great success when administered early after testing positive and displaying symptoms. This has been used for 6 decades and was sided with SARS successfully with no problems when taken as prescribed.
4. None of these solutions required the murder of babies to produce and none of these will get anybody rich.

You missed the key points.

I'm not trying to change your mind. I'm simply raising issues that are not being addressed. As long as vaccines are not mandatory in this case we don't have an issue. That doesn't mean that we should not be prepared for a worse pandemic. We need to remain flexible on the use of vaccines.

I understand your point. I also understand that the mRNA vaccine makers even say that their “vaccines” will not make you immune to the virus or keep you from spreading it; they say it MAY decrease the severity of the symptoms if you get it. They are not held to any standard and haven’t undergone thorough testing.

The same exact claims cans honestly be said about taking supplemental Vitamins (C, D3) along with baby aspirin and zinc. You can get even better results if you are high risk by adding ivermectin (costs couple of bucks) or take HCQ+zinc+z-pack (z-pack only if you have contracted it).

On top of this, there is a strong push by the tyrants to force this on everybody (even though many of them won’t take it). There are already many businesses hopping on the health passport bandwagon. I used to fly a lot, but will probably never be able to fly legally again without wearing a muzzle and potentially having to let them inject that poison into my system. I choose to take my chances with the immune system God gave me over taking something that required the murder of babies to produce and that puts me at greater risk anyhow.

I'm taking vitamin d and doing some of the other things you suggested. You forgot to mention fresh air and sunshine. So we agree that prevention is better than a cure. If we continue down that line we have to address obesity which seems to account for not only severity of Covid 19 directly or indirectly but also super spreaders.

I'm on your side as far as the passport goes because this virus is not severe enough to surrender civil liberties.

Where we seem to differ is on the potential of mRNA vaccines. We can give that a couple of years and discuss it again.

I think we are close on most things, but I can’t imagine any pandemic or a thing at all being an excuse for murdering babies to make a vaccine or give up our freedoms. I don't trust the government more than I trust God or even myself.

I served almost 3 decades in the military and see that the government should have a very limited role in a free person’s life. One of the worst jokes ever is, “we’re from the government and we’re here to help”. I didn’t want the government’s help during and after the Cat 5 hurricane we endured, because I believe in personal responsibility and charity. Anything that comes from the government comes at far too high a cost.
