Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Respectfully, I haven't seen any admission of culpability for a sharp uptick in crime; rather, I see them doubling-down on the "defund the police" narrative and blaming Republicans for preventing them from banning all guns, because it's the guns that cause crime. No guns; no crime.
The irony being, of course, that guns couldn't possibly get into the U.S the same way drugs and roughly a million plus immigrants are getting in, could they?
And it's further interesting to note that beating the shit out of people in the street, breaking windows, smashing cars, looting businesses, throwing frozen bottles of water, attempting to set buildings on fire, shoplifting without fear of arrest, etc etc etc, do not involve guns and thus apparently do not constitute crime. Now it all makes sense why they're not paying any attention to it, doesn't it?
