Contrary to Marxist/Feminism’s ideas about capitalist society being made up of corrupt hierarchies of power, they’re actually made up of hierarchies of COMPETENCE. Competence will champion over power in any situation. Competence is either the first commandment of leadership – maybe second, but I doubt it?

The closest to COMPETENCE is: Never ask anyone to do anything your not CAPABLE of doing or can’t do yourself. CAPABILITY is always going to be nipping at the heels of COMPETENCE for number one in any hierarchy.

For some reason Socialists have the erroneous idea that being a capitalist boss means not being Competent or Capable themselves – why they’d think that, I don’t know?

PERSONAL OBSERVATION: Noticing that for reason(s) I don’t understand myself (maybe you do?), I’ve noticed that people will naturally gravitate toward whoever they conscienceless or UN-conscienceless perceive to be the most COMPETENT at whatever task is at hand. Of course they’ll defer even that to the Capitalist financing whatever venture is being undertaken. THAT’S NOT CORRUPTION – IT’S THEIR MONEY TO LOSE, NO ONE ELSES.

A Capitalist could likened to a President that holds Veto power over decisions in any venture they finance – it’s their money to either gain or lose in a Capitalist state at least.

People that see Leadership as tyranny can’t understand Leadership – it’s that simple! Is it any wonder then that Communist societies are plagued with Political Commissars at every turn meddling in every minor detail that requires COMPETENCE for completion?

The west is getting more & more infested by such Ideological Commissars meddling in everything frightens to death that Leadership might rear its head? You see, there’s not a lot, if any, difference between COMPETENCE & MERIT – and they can’t ideologically have that happening?

Political Commissars aren’t COMPETENT, CAPABLE nor are they LEADERS – they’re NON-PRODUCTIVE IDEOLOGICAL CONFORMISTS – that’s all they are.

A prime (but not exclusive) place to look for these IC’s (Ideological Commissars) would be HR (Human Resource) Departments in any business nation-wide. That’s where they can best screen out people that don’t conform ideologically.

Has anyone considered that that would be a very good reason for the attack on small businesses that don’t have these parasites gnawing their way through their businesses?

Look no farther than IC’s (Ideological Commissars) inhabiting HR (Human Recourse) Departments in every major corporation nation-wide to figure out why in the world big corporations are so willing to tow the Ideological Line in their business transactions!

Gone are the days of actual Personnel Directors that hired people for they COMPETENCE & CAPABILITY – those were the days!

BACK TO LEADERSHIP: Strange thing though, even when the IC’s have filled businesses with the Ideologically Pure won’t they still have an Hierarchy – just a new Hierarchy of Power?

PS. I thought the idea was to get rid of Hierarchies – must’ve been wrong?
