Don't they have dress code for teachers?
In the UK, we not only have dress code for teachers (kinda common sense shared among themselves) but we also have a law to prohibit indoctrination in schools. (Don't they have one in the US?) Also, observing the importance of impartiality is in the job description, plus, all schools are audited on a regular basis.
In America, if a pro-antifa teacher is allowed to influence his students with his very biased views, does that mean that similarly, say, a pro-white supremacy teacher is allowed to influence their students with their very biased views, too?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When I was in school, many, years ago there were teachers with obvious opinions. A subset of those teachers actively indoctrinated. Going back to college later there were a higher percentage of both. Realize I hung out in the science area where this problem was almost non-existent.
So yes, this problem is real, atleast to some extent and getting worse. Probably depend on Fox New s to highlight the outliers but we didn't have outliers like this 20 years ago.

It is impossible for anyone to be 100% impartial, but it is important for teachers to observe "the importance of impartiality".

This is what we have (legislation) in the UK:
Political education is an important part of a broad and balanced education that prepares young people for adult life, and we want young people to be informed and engaged citizens. Teaching about the political system including voting and elections, and consideration of political issues is a key part of national curriculum citizenship.
There are clear references in law for councils, governing bodies and school leaders to follow to avoid biased or unbalanced discussion of political issues. This has been the case since the Education Act 1996 was introduced. Schools should be aware of their duties regarding impartiality and balanced treatment of political issues in the classroom.
I certainly believe (undoubtedly) that the schooling system has been hi-jacked by the political left, feminists and the disruptive PC/Woke western world haters. All backed by Elite money and drug company money. Upon reflection it has been going on for more years than we realize. They have refined their political indoctrinations on our kids and society for a few generations now. They sneaked it all in anonymously and stealthfully right under our noses. The schooling system and curriculum has now become a destructive place to send our children. Why don't we all turn up teach our kids our selves in our paid for class rooms and lock the current teachers out and start all over again with society, community and parents all having a major input into the new design of real education and life skills with our local cultural values. We own all that stuff, OUR kids included!!!
