Does the new governor of NY know how the National Guard works? One weekend of the month they report for duty, the remaining 28 days they have regular jobs, usually pertaining to the same field, especially if they are in the medical field. With that in mind, she will not be adding any extra staff to an already dwindling staff. What is she thinking…or is she?
