That was the world population in the 1600's. Not a good time to aspire going back to.
Nobody ever thought about blowing that thing up yet? Several suicide drone strikes with 25lbs of TNT apiece should do the job. Or maybe several crop dusters could have a contest who gets to hit it with some 4th of July fireworks. Nobody privately passed the hat yet?
