Once the lose the public and private schools they will try to make homeschooling illegal. Or they will try to make the resources for learning and working from home very difficult. So it is important not to lose the schools , not because they teach good things, but because if we lose schools the battlefield moves closer to homes and that is the last line of defense. So for strategic purposes the public educations system must not be lost.
