They expected a lot more deaths than they're getting and they have to restore the services they canceled to hide the fact that they planned it all in the first place.

YOur Oregon friend, my guess she lives in Southern Oregon. The hospital here, and down in Medford puulled that stupid stunt a few months back, and then folks could not get into the emergency room unless they were brought in by an ambulance and were basically dying. Anyone else they turned away telling them to go to their docotr, or one of the little clinics around town.
