Is it a requirement to have your brains and courage removed along with your sense of responsibility to the troops you “lead” in order to become a general officer or is it only a requirement for the top generals?

I believe the "spike in death rates" is a fallacious lie. If you do a web search for "Mortality rates you will arrive at a site that breaks it down by year, country, the whole world...etc. I think you will find that IF there was a statistical rise in mortality over the last 2.5 years then it was a very small bump.
The "spike in death rates" is just one facet of the hoaxers tactical plan to frighten the hell out of you in order to force you to "make the right decision" and agree to get the shot, get the boosters, wear your mask and for gods sake keep contact with other people to a bare minimum - "OR YOU WILL DIEEEEE - DO YOU HEAR ME....YOU'LL DIE!
@iThink I meant the spikes in actual death resulting from the jab - that we'll never know, but I'm sure is much higher than deaths from covid.
And yes, I get your point about numbers and stats, but it works both ways. The Australian Bureau of Statistics just released data which plainly shows that covid deaths only accounted for 0.9% of deaths in Australia. In two years, just under 2,700 people died from covid with a median age of 81-83 (which is older than average life expectancy), whilst in the same time frame almost 2,000 people died from accidental falls (and this was during months of lockdowns). Those stats really take the wind out of the 'OMG, Covid is sooo deadly' narrative, but they're not been reported widely.
In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (ESV), he asks, “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
'Love not the world, nor the things in the world'.
'The children of God are led by the Holy Spirit'.
All praise to God in this, and my 'conspiracy theorist' personality, never quickly trusting the narrative.
To all, believers or not, that extreme 'vaccine hesitancy', that 'gut feeling'.
Sometimes this costs.
If I'd known the NT better back years ago, I wouldn't have been part of the world system at all.

I got out in time, but many of those I care for are still in. My son-in-law is one. He was forced to take the jab and experienced chest pains for a coup of weeks. Soon he may be forced to take the jab again or be discharged.
The responsibility of leadership is not only to support the strategic vision of those placed in authority over them, but to speak truth to those placed in authority over them, to care for those in their charge, to work out the operational and tactical level planning that will lead to successful accomplishment of their portion of the required strategy to accomplish the vision.
Top American military leadership has failed to fulfill their responsibilities. This is due in large part to the propensity of our federal legislative branch and our federal executive branch misusing our military and treating them like a pool of lab rats; lab rats not only for medical purposes, but also for every social experiment theater appeals to them
This is only my opinion, but there is a vast amount of evidence to back my opinion. .
