Imagine a coach declaring that he will only put biological females on the team.
Elite female high school swimmers will chose his college and they will ditch U. Penn. Sub-elite male swimmers will flock to U. Penn. Thenceforth, all of U. Penn's swimmers on the women's swim team will be men.
Women on the U. Penn swim team should demand that the NCAA allow them to transfer to another school without having to sit out a year. Launch a glorious protest. They have the moral high ground. Shell the foes.

Now Universities can remain afloat regardless of their academic respect, or lack thereof, and are subject to the strings that the government attaches to their funding - including "diversity" standards. Its up to We, the People to vote out everyone who voted for the Bayh-Dole Act, and favor every rep who is against it, to get Marxist "diversity" out of our higher learning institutions, and let those die on the vine which are not respected academically.
